The Chitra Gupt Shiksha Prasar Samiti is pioneer society in the field of medical & Health services. It is established in 1988(Registration No. 20342) with the prime objective of society to promote religious social & educational activities and any other for general public utility on no profit basis. This college was established by Chitra Gupt Shiksha Prasar Samiti in 2003 with the prime objective of providing effective & efficient nursing education. The society is also running other colleges – Rani Dullaiya Smriti Ayurved P G College and Hospital-Bhopal, Rani Dullaiya Smriti Homeopathy Medical College and Hospital-Bhopal, R.D. Memorial B. Ed. College Indore, and R.D. Memorial B.Ed college Bhander (Dist-Datia). The members of society are well known personalities in their respective fields.
